System Requirements for SCRATCH Lab

Graphics
SCRATCH Lab is accelerated by NVidia's CUDA GPU technology. While a GPU is not required to operate SCRATCH Lab, maximum performance will be achieved with the addition of an NVidia Quadro 4000 or 6000 series graphics card.

RAM
A minimum of 4GB of RAM is required to operate SCRATCH Lab. For maximum performance, we suggest 128GB or more.

Storage
Playback performance can be limited by disk speed. For maximum performance, we recommend an internal or external RAID for media storage.

Other Considerations

RED r3d Decoding
One or two Red Rocket cards will give real time debayering of Red and Red Epic material.

Operating System. SCRATCH Lab requires Windows 7 64 bit or later, or MacOS X 10.6.7 or later.
